MISSION & VISION.
BlackGold Movement (BGM) is a grassroots intersectional Black feminist Hip Hop organization invested in the complete liberation of all people created with the mission to reverse the flow of resources from the West back to Africa along the transatlantic slave trade routes through Hip Hop, storytelling, & music of the African diaspora.
We do this by creating powerful Hip Hop & Social Justice Initiatives that mobilize our communities to take revolutionary action, signal boosting frontline-driven solutions to key issues that are impacting our communities.
Our initiatives aim to build and strengthen individual and community relationships while ensuring higher visibility, amplification, and reach without sacrificing the integrity of our communities or the quality of their art and music.
